Key Responsibilities: Advise on corporate reorganizations and M&A; transactions
Provide general corporate and commercial legal advice
Work closely with experienced senior lawyers
Gradually take over an established client book
Requirements: Three to five years of corporate commercial law experience
Robust background in corporate reorganizations
Strong background in M&A;
Experience in commercial lending and financing is an asset
