You will connect accounting accuracy with business performance through reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning. The role includes team development, process improvement, and collaboration with operational leaders and senior management.
Key Responsibilities: Review monthly statements, management reports, and key indicators
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Develop financial reporting and performance measurement tools
Improve accounting processes and financial controls




Collaborate with project managers and operational leaders
Requirements: CPA designation and recognized Canadian provincial CPA membership
Seven-plus years of progressive accounting and finance experience
Knowledge of Canadian standards and regulatory requirements
Advanced Excel and accounting systems proficiency
BQE CORE, project-based software, or AI tools experience advantageous
Use accounting expertise, financial analysis, and continuous improvement skills to strengthen performance at BC Building Science Ltd.
