Architect contact centre reporting for APEX at Miratech, combining Genesys, Verint, Databricks, and Kimball modeling in hybrid Toronto work.
The Senior Data Architect will turn complex telephony and quality requirements into auditable data solutions. You will design ingestion from Genesys A3S Snowflake and Verint WFM feeds, normalize varied sources, and create Gold-layer reporting structures. Contact centre migrations and Genesys Cloud experience are valuable additions.
Key Responsibilities: Model sales, telephony, agent, and quality reporting
Design Gold-layer Kimball star schemas
Normalize flat files, SFTP drops, and REST responses
Handle API pagination, rate limits, and asynchronous jobs
Explain trade-offs to engineers and business stakeholders
Requirements: Deep Kimball facts, dimensions, grain, and SCD expertise
Experience with external Snowflake and vendor exports
Solid relational database and OLTP versus OLAP knowledge
REST API ingestion experience at scale
Contact centre or telephony knowledge is beneficial
Use Genesys, Verint, and dimensional modeling expertise to architect Miratech’s APEX reporting platform in downtown Toronto.
