The Senior Site EHS Manager leads EHS performance for large and highly complex sites. Extensive production-floor presence supports coaching, unsafe-condition challenges, and ownership-based culture development. Responsibilities span program effectiveness, emergency response, metrics, training, and corporate integration.
Key Responsibilities: Implement corporate and site EHS programs consistently
Evaluate performance through audits and leading indicators
Support Emergency Response Team preparedness and drills
Analyze trends across departments, shifts, and buildings
Provide EHS input for equipment and facility changes
Requirements: Degree in environmental science, safety, engineering, or related field
Eight-plus years of progressive EHS experience
Ability to walk production floors for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Travel typically required at 10–15 percent
Use manufacturing safety expertise, EHS metrics, emergency response, and change management to strengthen operational risk controls.
