As Senior Design Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers and design leadership across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership. You will build pipelines, assess portfolios, coordinate interviews, and support thoughtful candidate experiences. The role also advances inclusive hiring and employer branding within the design community.
Key Responsibilities: Source and engage design talent through diverse recruiting channels
Recruit Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership candidates
Evaluate portfolios, craft quality, systems thinking, and collaboration
Coordinate portfolio reviews, design exercises,



and interview processes
Track pipeline health and maintain accurate recruiting data
Requirements: Experience recruiting Product Design and Brand Design talent
Robust sourcing skills across platforms and creative networks
Ability to assess portfolios and user-centered design methods
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
