The Petroleum Quality Specialist serves as an enterprise subject-matter expert for crude oil and condensate. This position develops sampling protocols, testing requirements, quality models, and equalization methodologies. It also provides technical guidance on assays, certificates, treatment options, and product-quality provisions in commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities: Develop corporate quality standards and targets
Create blend models and equalization methodologies
Review assays and certificates of analysis
Guide sampling, testing, and treatment decisions




Oversee third-party equalization calculations and corrective actions
Requirements: Legal authorization to work in Canada
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Science, or related field
Minimum 12 years’ directly relevant petroleum experience
Expertise in sampling, testing, measurement, and product treatment
P.Eng., MBA, or advanced education considered an asset
