As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own features from technical design through production support. Your work spans backend services, responsive web applications, REST APIs, microservices, PostgreSQL, and cloud-based deployment. Workforce Management or Customer Experience experience is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities: Develop scalable backend services with Java and Spring Boot
Build responsive React and TypeScript web applications
Design REST APIs with OpenAPI and explicit error handling
Optimize PostgreSQL models and queries for performance




Support cloud deployments, CI/CD, observability, and production troubleshooting
Requirements: Six or more years of full-stack software development experience
Strong Java, Spring Boot, REST, security, and testing experience
Frontend expertise with React or Angular and TypeScript
Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and PostgreSQL
Knowledge of containers, cloud platforms, messaging, and secure APIs
