This Project Manager oversees daily operations, project execution, and resource coordination for large powerline construction projects. You will estimate upcoming work, develop execution strategies, implement plans, and delegate responsibilities. The position requires experience managing construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders while meeting operational objectives, milestones, and completion dates.
Key Responsibilities: Lead health, safety, and environmental protection across project activities
Develop construction schedules with project teams and meet milestones
Coordinate subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement, and negotiations
Track project forecasts,



billings, costs, and financial performance
Facilitate meetings and monitor project quality and material supply
Requirements: 10–15 years managing powerline or similar construction projects
At least three years estimating powerline construction projects
Previous Project Manager or managerial supervisory experience
Knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and methodologies
Solid negotiation, organization, planning, and stakeholder communication skills
Bring powerline construction leadership, estimating, scheduling, and financial management expertise to Ledcor projects throughout Ontario.
