As Regional Hub Manager, you will lead a diverse portfolio serving municipal and industrial clients across Ontario. Your mandate includes strategic and financial plans, emergency response, regulatory compliance, client relationships, and protected operational delivery. You will also advise on asset management, innovation, research, and future treatment capacity.
Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership for geographically diverse contracts
Support client and Board meetings with expert advice
Lead emergency, security, environmental, and municipal responses




Identify opportunities for water operations and advisory services
Oversee procurement for operational and capital requirements
Requirements: Knowledge of SCADA systems and alarm monitoring
Knowledge of Maximo and budgeting applications
Understanding of ISO 14001 standards
Knowledge of electrical energy markets and IESO programs
Ontario water or wastewater operator licences considered an asset
Lead OCWA's regional water and wastewater services through operational expertise, client focus, innovation, and regulatory accountability.
