This site-based leadership role supports large powerline construction projects and may involve rotational shifts. You will contribute to project schedules, execution plans, labour requirements, and design-build joint venture pursuits. The work also includes client-focused issue resolution and staff mentorship.
Key Responsibilities: Review construction schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
Contribute schedules, execution plans, and labour requirements
Estimate durations and materials for multidisciplinary projects
Lead quality and safety planning for assigned projects




Allocate resources and mentor diverse project teams
Requirements: 15 years of powerline construction experience
Five-plus years working as a superintendent
Knowledge of construction documents, contracts, costs, and budgets
Previous staff supervision and successful team-building experience
Clean drivers abstract; industrial, oil and gas, or mining experience an asset
Lead Ledcor utility construction delivery through scheduling, estimating, safety, quality, and mentorship across complex project environments.
