The Sydney Call Center in Cape Breton Regional Municipality, Sydney, is seeking a TELCOM Customer Care Representative (Full-Time) to join our on-site call center.

You will assist customers by troubleshooting options and offering current products and services while earning hourly wage plus commission in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.

After comprehensive training, you will handle a high volume of customer interactions across Canada, with focus on delivering a best-in-class customer
