This Technician position maintains and repairs school buses for First Student’s shop serving Burlington, Ontario.

The work includes brake repairs, engine tune-ups, suspensions, drivetrains, transmission clutches, and other vehicle repairs.

You will also perform inspections, complete work orders, and assist with mobile emergency repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain vehicles and ensure passenger safety
- Diagnose vehicle problems and perform required repairs
- Complete preventive, safety, and annual maintenance inspections
- Record completed work orders accurately




- Assist with mobile emergency repair services when needed

Requirements:

- Five years of diesel or automotive maintenance experience
- Equivalent technical school education and experience accepted
- Vehicle diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and mechanic’s tool set
- Strong computer skills and ASE certification participation
