Lead renewable energy and carbon-reduction infrastructure projects at Blackstone Energy Services in Toronto, managing delivery, budgets, schedules, and customer outcomes.

As Director, Project Management, you will oversee distributed generation, energy efficiency, electrification, and carbon-reduction projects. Your work spans feasibility, construction, commissioning, training, and close-out. You will lead teams delivering HVAC, heat pumps, building automation, energy storage, solar PV, and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects from feasibility through construction, commissioning, and close-out
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and trades
- Oversee procurement, contracts, changes, risks,



and project records
- Support technical delivery, customer training, and system turnover

Requirements:
- 10+ years of built-workplace project management experience
- Experience with energy performance contracts, retrofits, HVAC controls, and renewables
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or construction management
- Licensed Engineer in Ontario required
- Proficiency with MS Project, financial accounting, and MS Office
