As Manager, you will support high-quality valuation services for entrepreneurial businesses, publicly traded corporations, and institutional investors. The work spans investment entity reviews, business valuations, fairness opinions, audit assistance, and complex financial instruments. You will apply valuation methodologies, financial statement analysis, and established models across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage business valuation engagements for reporting, tax, compliance, and transactions
- Perform financial analysis and valuation modelling for complex engagements
- Prepare and review valuation reports, presentations, and documentation
- Coordinate delivery within scope, budget,

Requirements:
- Five to eight years of professional experience in valuation or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or business
- CBV designation or active pursuit of the CBV
- Robust business acumen and interest in capital markets and corporate finance
