The role translates executive priorities into transparent organizational outcomes, supports alignment across senior leaders, and helps ensure decisions and commitments are followed through. Responsibilities include preparing decision-ready briefings, representing the CEO within delegated authority, and surfacing significant risks, conflicts, and strategic issues.



The Chief of Staff also supports Board and external engagements and helps align an investment committee’s work with organizational priorities.Candidates should bring substantial experience as a strategic partner at CEO or executive-team level, along with a record of advancing complex, cross-functional priorities from planning through execution. Strong judgment, discretion, analytical problem-solving, prioritization, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. The role requires the ability to influence without formal authority, build trust with senior stakeholders, and support Board governance, fundraising, or other high-stakes external relationships.
