The successful candidate will also drive process improvement and develop a scalable operating model that supports transformation and regulatory complexity.Applicants must have an undergraduate degree and at least 10 years of experience in business management, operations, strategy, or governance. Experience in complex, highly regulated environments is required, with financial services experience preferred;
