You will coordinate breakfast preparation, production, and timely service under Chef-approved methods.

The position involves preparing ingredients, operating kitchen equipment, and following food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures.

Transportation is provided from Thunder Bay or White River to site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate preparation, production, and service of breakfast meals
- Prepare food using recipes and production guidelines
- Measure, chop, trim, peel, and mix ingredients




- Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, grills, and fryers
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils

Requirements:

- Experience as a cook or in a related role
- Knowledge of food preparation and cooking methods
- Knowledge of food safety, handling, sanitation, and storage
- Ability to acquire food safety certification
- Basic math and interpersonal communication skills
