As HRIS Specialist, you will be the hands-on owner of the workforce systems behind an ongoing UKG implementation. You will cover UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions) and Passport Workforce.

You'll be a business partner with robust business acumen. You'll understand how HR, Payroll, Operations and Finance work together, translate their needs into practical system solutions, and recommend improvements.

This is a hybrid role based in Toronto (2-3x at the office).

Responsibilities

Platform Configuration & Administration

- Configure and maintain UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions and Passport Workforce, including payroll rules, workflows, timekeeping, scheduling, security and employee data.
- Manage union rules, collective agreements, pay rates, job costing and field workforce approvals.
- Support payroll cycles, year-end processing, system updates and configuration testing.
- Ensure system access, security and compliance with internal policies and provincial and federal requirements.

Integrations & Data

- Manage integrations between UKG, Passport, NetSuite, FieldPoint and other business systems.
- Troubleshoot interface issues and data discrepancies.
- Perform data mapping, updates and reconciliations using SQL and advanced Excel.

Support & Reporting

- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, supporting users with reporting tools.





Continuous Improvement

- Translate business needs into effective system solutions and recommend process improvements.
- Support system implementations, upgrades and the integration of newly acquired companies.
- Document processes, test changes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

What you bring:

- 5+ years of hands-on HRIS, HR technology or systems analyst experience.
- Strong UKG Pro and/or UKG Dimensions configuration experience.
- Experience with unionized environments and collective agreements.
- Knowledge of payroll, SQL, advanced Excel, system integrations and reporting.
- Understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Project management experience, including system implementations, upgrades and process improvements.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
