Salius Rehab is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Langley, supporting older adults in a residential care environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping residents maintain their independence, improve their functional abilities, and enjoy a better quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation and intervention plans.
- Assess residents' mobility, seating, positioning, cognition, and activities of daily living.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to improve safety and independence.
- Provide education to residents, families, and care staff.
- Support falls prevention and functional mobility initiatives.
- Delegate appropriate therapeutic activities to Rehabilitation Assistants.
- Complete SOAP notes, progress reports, and other clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

- Current registration,



or eligibility for registration, with the applicable BC regulatory college.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Strong assessment, communication, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Interest in working with older adults.
- Experience in long-term care or residential care is an asset.
- Current graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour
