We're on the hunt for a Journeyman Plumber to join our crew here at The Plumbineers Plumbing and Heating in Whitehorse!

Whether you're tackling a tricky plumbing job, keeping a project on track, or helping the crew get things done, we're looking for someone who knows their stuff, takes pride in their work, and brings a positive attitude to the job site.

We work hard and take pride in what we do, but we also believe there's always room for a good laugh along the way. We like to keep things fun, don't take ourselves too seriously, and enjoy a bit of humour in our day-to-day work. After all, work is a lot more enjoyable when you've got a great crew around you!

Got a Gas Fitter ticket or an Oil Burner Mechanic ticket? Even better! Both are great assets and definitely a bonus to have on the crew.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

- Is a team player who enjoys working with others
- Is self-motivated and takes pride in their work
- Has good verbal and written communication skills
- Holds a valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Has solid plumbing knowledge, practical problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude
- Holds a Journeyman Plumbing certification
- Has a Gas Fitter ticket and/or Oil Burner Mechanic ticket (a great asset!)

What You'll Be Doing

Along with the day-to-day plumbing work, you'll be expected to:

- Represent The Plumbineers in a professional and respectful manner
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Follow The Plumbineers' standards, routines, and systems




- Communicate effectively with the rest of the crew to keep projects running smoothly and maintain a positive work environment

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, including a 30-minute paid lunch.

Some out-of-town work, overtime, and weekend work may be required. A little flexibility goes a long way in the Yukon!
