Alberta Health Services seeks a team-oriented Manager for Unit 23 – General Surgery and Trauma at Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre. You will provide operational and clinical leadership for an acute inpatient unit, overseeing staffing, resources, patient flow and quality initiatives to deliver safe, high-quality care.

You will work with physicians, Trauma Services and operational partners to support coordinated care, staff development and continuous improvement in surgical and trauma services.
