Our client in the retail industry is seeking a Floor Lead to join their team. As a Floor Lead, you will be part of the store operations team, supporting daily execution on the sales floor. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, explicit communication, and a hands-on mindset that helps keep the store running smoothly.

Job Title: Retail Assistant Manager

Location: Merrit, BC

Pay Range: $41000 - $41000

Shift: Full-Time Permanent Shift

What's the Job?

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Support physically demanding floor and warehouse-related tasks, including sorting and lifting.
- Assist with visual merchandising, stock shelving, and managing shipments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and help resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Maintain store safety and cleanliness, and perform cash management duties as needed.

- Open availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting.
