Overview

Retired Machine Operators and Concrete Finishers who are looking to work part-time, flexible hours. This hands-on role suits people who have worked as a machine operator and/or a concrete finisher and are looking for part-time shifts. We are looking for experienced people who can work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment and use hand and power tools to prepare work areas and materials.
- Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing and carpentry.
- Read blueprints and schematics to guide measurements, assembly, and task sequencing; support restoration and renovation work as well as new builds.
- Coordinate tasks with the crew to keep work organized and progressing safely.

Experience

Required: Practical mechanical knowledge, protected tool and equipment use, blueprint or schematic reading, and the ability to perform hands-on construction tasks.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
