Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Residential & Commercial Cleaners.

Job Responsibilities

Successful candidates will perform cleaning duties at various residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities include:

- Residential house cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Commercial office and workplace cleaning.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms and kitchens.
- Cleaning common areas in residential strata buildings.
- Emptying garbage and recycling containers.
- Cleaning interior glass, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Performing detailed cleaning and occasional deep-cleaning assignments.
- Following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintaining professional standards when working at client properties.
- Reporting maintenance concerns or damaged equipment to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:





- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
- Willingness to travel to various client locations throughout the Lower Mainland.
- Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.

A valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation are considered assets.

Work Schedule

- Part-time and casual opportunities available.
- Approximately 10–20 hours per week, depending on client requirements.
- Weekday, evening, and weekend assignments may be available.
- Additional hours may become available as the company continues to grow.
- Work locations vary throughout Metro Vancouver.
