The Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive who understands the value of strong client relationships and consistent follow-through. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, act as the primary point of contact, and ensure clients feel confident in the service we deliver.

This is an active, client-facing role. You’ll spend time on-site with clients and teams, gather feedback, identify opportunities, and communicate clearly with our operations group to keep everything running smoothly. The focus is simple: trust, clarity, and proactive support.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Maintaining regular contact with your client portfolio through check-ins and site visits
- Addressing issues early and ensuring they are resolved promptly
- Identifying opportunities for account growth, whether seasonal services, add-ons, or referrals
- Identifying new opportunities in target verticals and regions to support pipeline growth.
- Keeping clients informed so they always know what’s happening and why
- Working closely with Operations to communicate needs, requests, and expectations
- Recording activity and updates in Pipedrive, Jobber, Asana, and Office 365




- Supporting teammates and contributing to a collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in account management or sales, ideally within a service-based environment
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to gain trust quickly
- Clear and confident communication, both in person and in writing
- Organized, reliable, and accountable to commitments
- Comfortable with proactive outreach, including phone calls and in-person visits
- Competent with CRMs and shared digital tools

It’s a Bonus If You

- Have experience with strata, commercial buildings, or property management
- Bring practical, solutions-focused thinking to challenges
- Know how to balance being personable with being professional
- Have supported account growth or renewals in a previous role
