Your responsibilities

- Complete comprehensive consultations, examinations, and reassessments.
- Provide individualized chiropractic care and appropriate exercise recommendations.
- Explain clinical findings, treatment options, and care recommendations clearly.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
- Monitor patient progress and adapt care as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver a welcoming, professional patient experience.
- Build relationships within the Maple Ridge community.

Qualifications





- Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
- Current registration, or eligibility for registration, to practise chiropractic in British Columbia.
- Appropriate professional liability coverage before starting.
- Strong hands-on adjusting and communication skills.
- A commitment to informed consent, skilled standards, and patient-centred care.
- Initiative, reliability, and a desire to grow a sustainable practice.

What We’re Looking For

- Doctor of Chiropractic degree and current registration, or eligibility for registration, to practice in British Columbia.
- Professional liability insurance in place before starting.
- Strong hands-on adjusting skills, with an interest in corrective chiropractic care and spinal rehabilitation.
- An interest in spinal biomechanics, proprioception, sensorimotor integration, and their relevance to patient care.
- Ability to perform thorough consultations, chiropractic examinations, postural assessments, and functional reassessments.
- Competence in determining when imaging is clinically indicated and interpreting findings within the chiropractic scope of practice.
- Ability to deliver clear reports of findings that connect examination results with the patient’s symptoms, functional limitations, and goals.
- Confidence developing individualized care plans, monitoring measurable progress, and adapting recommendations appropriately.
- Commitment to incorporating corrective exercises, movement education, and practical lifestyle guidance into care.




- Ability to explain chiropractic concepts in accessible language while distinguishing established evidence from emerging research.
- A patient-centred approach that supports informed consent, shared decisions, and appropriate referrals.
- Willingness to learn AlignLife’s assessment, documentation, patient education, and clinic workflows.
- A collaborative attitude and commitment to working closely with our front desk and clinical team.
- Initiative to build a patient base through excellent care, community involvement, and lasting professional relationships.
- New graduates with strong clinical foundations, a willingness to learn, and an interest in mentorship are encouraged to apply.

Compensation details

Projected annual earnings of $90,000–$125,000 CAD are based on an established patient schedule. Compensation is percentage-based, and actual earnings will vary with patient volume, hours worked, and the agreed arrangement. This range is an earning projection rather than a guaranteed base salary.
