Misty Mountain Cannabis is hiring someone who enjoys helping customers and feels confident cycling in traffic. On a typical shift, you’ll make 2–8 deliveries on our company e-bike within roughly 4 km of the store. Between deliveries, you’ll work alongside the retail team on the sales floor.

What you’ll do

- Welcome customers, ask what they’re looking for, and help them choose cannabis products that suit their preferences and budget.
- Ring through purchases, prepare online orders, and check each order before heading out.
- Deliver orders safely, check ID, and follow the store’s procedures for handing orders to customers.
- Keep shelves stocked and the store clean and welcoming.

What to expect on the e-bike

Deliveries are part of the job, including after dark and in the rain.

We provide the e-bike, helmet, gloves, rain gear, extra layers, and reflectors.

What we’re looking for

Confidence riding in traffic is essential. Cannabis industry experience is preferred, and retail or customer service experience is an asset. We also welcome applicants who are newer to cannabis and willing to learn the products. We’re looking for someone who listens carefully, communicates clearly with customers and coworkers, and can move comfortably between the sales floor and delivery runs.

You’re welcome to apply before obtaining your Selling It Right certification. Misty Mountain will reimburse the certification fee.

To apply, submit your résumé through Indeed and include a short note about your evening availability and your experience cycling in traffic.
