As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll help support the day-to-day administrative needs of Essential image’s marketing team. Your impact: By keeping information and office tasks organized, you help the team focus on client work and respond more smoothly to client needs.
Responsibilities

- Organize administrative records and files.
- Enter and update information accurately.
- Support routine office and clerical tasks.
- Assist with written materials through typing and proofreading.
- Communicate courteously with clients and colleagues as needed.

- Qualifications
- Required: Administrative experience and robust organizational skills.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Preferred: Data entry, typing and proofreading skills.
- Preferred: Customer service and clerical experience.
- Preferred: Office experience, computer skills and filing.
