City Energy Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in Calgary.

We are looking for proven closers who can independently generate and close their own sales opportunities while also managing and closing qualified appointments scheduled by our door-to-door appointment setters.

This is a closing-focused position for experienced sales professionals who know how to prospect, build trust, handle objections, and turn opportunities into signed contracts.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate your own leads through door-to-door canvassing and direct prospecting.
- Attend and close qualified appointments booked by our appointment setters.
- Conduct professional in-home solar consultations and presentations.
- Educate homeowners on solar energy, potential savings, financing options, and system advantages.
- Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to signed agreement.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Work closely with appointment setters to maximize conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.

Qualifications

- Proven door-to-door sales experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and close sales.
- Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.




- Previous solar sales experience is a strong asset.
- Confidence in conducting professional in-home consultations.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
