- Respond to customer inquiries (calls and emails)
- Prepare quotes for residential and commercial projects
- Follow up with customers and on projects
- Coordinate installations with the technical team
- Keep customer information up to date
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files
- Experience with Sage CRM (mandatory)
Structure
This position acts as an assistant to the Sales Manager and reports directly to them.
