Full-Time Pharmacy Manager, Grande Prairie, AB

We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead a well-supported team in Grande Prairie. The role comes with a strong compensation package and room to grow your clinical practice, including compounding.

Location: Grande Prairie, Alberta
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $70/hour (negotiable)
Volume: 60–100 Rx per day
Team: 4 assistants, one of whom will soon be a Registered Pharmacy Technician

What you’ll do:





- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and lead the pharmacy team
- Provide clinical services, including prescribing and injections
- Support and grow the pharmacy’s compounding services
- Make sure the pharmacy meets regulatory and qualified standards

What we’re looking for:

- Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
- Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA) and injection certification
- An interest in compounding
- Previous experience as a pharmacy manager and leading a team

Please note: The successful candidate will work as a relief pharmacist for the first month. Full-time hiring will be decided after that period.
