Now Hiring: Warehouse Team Leader – Continental Shifts (DAYS)

Summary:
Kelly is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader for a leading client in Brantford! This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you have strong logistics experience, excellent communication skills, and are confident using ERP systems, we want to hear from you!

Pay Rate:

- $25.00/hour

Shift Available:

- 12-hour Continental Shifts
- DAYS 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Print pick sheets and distribute to warehouse staff
- Schedule carrier pickups and process loads
- Obtain freight quotes and prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, export docs)
- Process inbound and outbound shipments using JDE shipping and inventory systems
- Maintain communication between carriers, customer service, and warehouse teams
- Monitor shipping schedules and update changes as needed
- Ensure all shipping office activities are completed accurately and on time
- Promote and maintain safety, cleanliness, and GMP compliance
- Operate a forklift as needed




- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience with JDE, DcLink, Excel, and other warehouse software
- Robust decision-making, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
