Overview

The Delivery-Customer Service role combines moving and delivery support with helpful, qualified customer interactions. You’ll assist with handling and transporting goods, communicate clearly with customers, and support smooth coordination between delivery and warehouse activities. The work helps customers receive their goods and gives colleagues dependable support throughout the delivery process.

Responsibilities

- G License required.
- Move, load, unload, and position goods safely, including tasks involving heavy lifting.
- Support delivery activities and provide courteous customer service, sharing clear updates and responding to questions.
- Assist with warehouse tasks.
- Coordinate with colleagues to keep goods organized and delivery work progressing smoothly.
- Time management.
- Customer service oriented.

Skills

Required: Practical moving and heavy-lifting capability, clear communication, and a customer-focused approach are important for handling goods and supporting customers during delivery. Preferred: driving experience can help you contribute across delivery and warehouse tasks; related experience is an advantage.

Pay: $19.00-$31.86 per hour
