Overview

The Cook prepares and cooks meals, supports smooth food service, and helps maintain a clean, organized kitchen. This hands-on role combines careful food preparation with timely serving to provide guests with well-prepared meals and help colleagues keep service running smoothly.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and meals according to established recipes and service needs.
- Cook dishes consistently, monitor preparation, and coordinate timing so meals are ready for service.
- Support serving and food service, communicating with colleagues about orders and meal readiness.
- Handle food safely, maintain clean work areas, and store ingredients appropriately.

Qualifications

Required: Practical food preparation, cooking, meal preparation, food handling,



and food safety capabilities are essential for carrying out kitchen duties and supporting reliable service. Attention to cleanliness, timing, and clear communication helps maintain an organized workflow. Preferred: Food service experience, including restaurant, kitchen, or broader food industry experience, is advantageous and can support confident coordination during meal preparation and serving.

Pay: $15.25-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
