During the winter, you will:

- Perform snow removal and ice control at assigned properties
- Clear sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and designated areas

- Maintain communication with your Crew Lead

Snow removal is weather-dependent,

with shifts varying between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and overnight.

Availability is required for all snow events, including weekends and holidays, with Christmas Day excluded. However, any time off is asked to be mentioned as soon as possible, so that we can do our best to accommodate holiday plans. You will be expected to monitor weather forecasts, along with Management's weather updates, and have reliable transportation to your designated meeting location.

Oasis participates in the Supplemental Unemployment Benefit (SUB) Program, helping provide income stability when snowfall and working hours are limited.

Eligible employees may receive Employment Insurance (EI) benefits supplemented by additional payments from Oasis, providing more consistent income throughout the winter.

Participation is subject to EI eligibility and the terms of our SUB program.

Your Irrigation Role – Spring Through Fall

When irrigation season begins, you'll transition into our Irrigation division, working directly alongside and under the supervision of our Head of Irrigation.

In this role, you will:

- Work together or individually to diagnose and repair irrigation systems
- Help troubleshoot valves, controllers, wiring, leaks, and coverage issues

- Help maintain equipment, organize materials, and keep work sites running efficiently
- Learn and follow Oasis standards for quality, safety, and client service

- Contribute ideas and help improve how our Irrigation division operates as it continues to grow

You'll be part of a hands-on team where you'll have the opportunity to learn, contribute, and take on more responsibility as your skills develop.

This position will give you the prospect to strengthen your technical knowledge, gain experience across service and installation work, and develop into a more experienced technician.

We're looking for someone who wants to keep learning, contribute to a strong team, and grow with Oasis over the long term.

Does This Speak to You?
