Overview

The Supervisor, bottle sorter and drivers coordinates daily sorting, equipment, and driver activities to keep work organized, safe, and moving efficiently. This hands-on role supports manufacturing operations through clear direction, practical equipment oversight, and consistent attention to cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate bottle-sorting tasks and driver workflows, communicate priorities, and monitor progress throughout the shift.
- Oversee safe, appropriate use of forklifts, loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment; help keep work areas orderly.
- Support heavy lifting and material handling, and ensure cleaning and sanitation tasks are completed consistently.
- Address workflow issues, share updates with colleagues, and reinforce safe work practices. Your impact:

Qualifications

Required: Practical capability to coordinate people and tasks, communicate clearly, support heavy lifting, and follow safe procedures for equipment operation, cleaning, and sanitation. Preferred: Related manufacturing experience and familiarity with bottle sorting, driving workflows, forklifts, loaders, excavators, or other heavy equipment can help you guide daily work and respond effectively to changing operational needs.
