Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in early childhood education and demonstrate the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves not only educating children but also fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities and structured lessons.

Duties

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Assess and document children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's development and address any concerns.
- Integrate technology into the classroom by operating computers and educational software to enhance learning experiences.
- Provide support for children with special educational needs, ensuring inclusivity within the classroom.
- Engage in ongoing career development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.




- Experience working in an early childhood setting is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities are essential for planning and executing lessons.
- Proficiency in computer operation for educational purposes is required; familiarity with educational software is a plus.
- Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial for supporting diverse learners.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A willingness to incorporate bilingual education methods, such as Frenchify, into the curriculum is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$25.22 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
