Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Line Cook OR Co-op Student to join our kitchen team. No prior experience is required — we will train the right candidate! This position is ideal for culinary students or those passionate about food who are eager to learn classic Italian cooking methods and gain real-world kitchen experience.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of Italian dishes under the guidance of the head chef
- Learn to work various line stations (grill, pasta, salads, dessert, etc.)
- Follow food presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation




- Follow health and safety regulations
- Support the kitchen team in daily prep and cleanup tasks
- Take direction well and be open to learning new techniques

- Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
- Weekend Availability
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Flexible availability (weekends and evenings required)
- We are open Wednesday-Sunday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
