Craft Property Group is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our London student housing portfolio, including Luxe London, Masonville Yards and 1653 Richmond Street.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead a team, take ownership and keep multiple properties running at a high standard. You’ll oversee day-to-day maintenance, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, building systems, vendors and contractors across three busy residential communities.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, schedule and support the maintenance team across three student housing properties.
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, work orders and preventative maintenance programs.
- Manage high-volume unit turnovers and seasonal move-in/move-out requirements.
- Ensure HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems are properly maintained.
- Conduct regular property inspections and proactively identify building and maintenance needs.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, service agreements and larger repairs.
- Support maintenance budgets and capital projects.
- Partner closely with Property Management to resolve resident concerns quickly and professionally.
- Ensure health, safety and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
- Participate in on-call coverage and respond to building emergencies when required.

What You Bring

- 5+ years of building maintenance experience, ideally within multi-residential or student housing.
- Experience leading and developing a maintenance team.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
- Experience with preventative maintenance, unit turnovers and contractor/vendor management.




- Ability to prioritize across multiple buildings in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong initiative, accountability and follow-through.
- A hands-on leadership style — you're comfortable leading the team and jumping in when needed.
- Robust communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Expected Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year. The final salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.

This is an on-site position based in London, Ontario, supporting multiple residential properties.
