Job Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Produce Clerk to join our team at a food manufacturing facility in Scarborough. The successful candidate will assist with handling, sorting, inspecting, and organizing fresh produce while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, sort, and organize fresh produce.
- Check produce for freshness, quality, and defects.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing produce for processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in produce handling,



food manufacturing, or a similar workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be flexible and available to work shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Compensation & Schedule

- Hourly Wage: $17.95/hour
- Shift Availability: Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Work Location: Scarborough, Ontario.
