We are seeking a temporary motivated and hard-working individual to support our owners and mechanics in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. This could lead to permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist mechanics and owners with daily shop tasks
- Prepare equipment, work with trucks and drills, and load trailers
- Maintain and organize the stock room
- Pick up parts and receive incoming shipments
- Perform general indoor/outdoor shop maintenance
- Support mechanics with basic tasks such as small welding jobs, tire rotations, and weekly hydrovac maintenance

Requirements

- Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends when required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Assets (Not Mandatory)

- Experience operating skid steer, bobcat, or snow plow
- Mechanical knowledge or hands-on shop experience
