Job Overview

The Shift Supervisor coordinates daily store operations, supports the team on shift, and helps deliver a smooth, welcoming customer experience. This hands-on role balances service, sales, and operational priorities while keeping work organized and store standards consistent.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and support team members, coordinate shift tasks, and contribute to training and development.
- Assist customers, support retail sales, and help resolve service concerns through clear communication and sound judgment.
- Oversee POS transactions, cashiering, and cash handling; maintain accurate shift records and complete related administrative tasks.
- Support merchandising, pricing, and inventory purchasing priorities, while monitoring sales and budgets as assigned.

Qualifications

Required: Practical communication, organization, time management, basic math, customer service, and cash-handling capabilities support daily supervision and accurate transactions. Preferred: Supervising experience, retail sales or management experience, and strengths in team leadership, POS, merchandising, payroll, recruiting, negotiation, or bilingual and multilingual service are advantageous.

Pay: $18.95-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 44.0 per week
