We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Customer Service Associate / Cashier who enjoys helping customers and working in a busy, fast-paced retail workplace.

At Los Guerreros, we take pride in sharing Latin American food, culture, and traditions with our community. We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, takes initiative, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.

Work Schedule

- Monday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Operate the cash register and POS system, handling cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and locating items.
- Take customer food orders accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure products are properly displayed and priced.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow company policies, food safety standards, and store procedures.




- Take initiative and assist with other store duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to assist customers confidently in English.
- Spanish language skills are an asset.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, honest, and responsible.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available for all scheduled shifts, including weekends.
