We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable individual to join our growing team!

This is more than just a sales position. We’re looking for someone who can take charge of our showroom and day-to-day operations while ensuring our installation crews have everything they need to get the job done.

Your Responsibilities:

● Manage daily showroom and shop operations

● Assist customers with flooring, tile, and home finishing selections

● Prepare quotes, process sales, and follow up with customers

● Coordinate upcoming installation jobs and prepare required materials

● Order flooring, supplies, and installation products

● Monitor inventory, deliveries, and outstanding orders

● Ensure installation crews have all necessary materials and supplies before each job

● Maintain an organized, efficient showroom and warehouse

● Communicate with suppliers, installers, and customers to keep projects moving smoothly





● Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep daily operations on track

What We’re Looking For:

● Strong organizational and leadership skills

● Someone who takes initiative and works independently

● Excellent customer service and communication skills

● Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy workplace

● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

● Flooring, construction, retail management, or building supply experience is an asset

● Someone who’s comfortable being hands-on and helping wherever needed

The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and keeps things running smoothly — both on the sales floor and behind the scenes.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
