Our client is looking for two reliable and experienced Forklift Operators to join their team. The ideal candidates must have a valid forklift licence, robust counterbalance operating experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting.

Candidates with experience operating both Counterbalance and Reach forklifts will be preferred. Carpentry or construction experience is also considered an asset.

This position offers an opportunity for long-term, full-time employment for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate Counterbalance forklifts to move and organize materials.
- Operate Reach forklifts when required.
- Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Perform regular heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with general material handling and warehouse duties.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area.
- Support the team with additional duties as required.





Requirements

- Valid forklift operator licence/certification.
- Strong hands-on Counterbalance experience (mandatory).
- Reach forklift experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
- Previous carpentry or construction experience is an asset.
- Good understanding of workplace safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate

- $20/hour: For candidates who meet the basic requirements.
- Up to $23/hour: For candidates with strong forklift experience and additional relevant skills.
