As a Bakery Assistant, you will support the daily operations of our bakery by assisting in food preparation, packaging, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed during food handling and preparation.
- Help with the decoration of cakes and pastries as needed, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
- Package finished products for sale while maintaining high presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.




- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely production of bakery items.

Experience

- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and cake decorating is a plus.
- Solid communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
