THE ROLE

Full time Aquatic Manager for our new Windsor, Ontario location, opening April 2027. We're interviewing now, with a January 2027 start. You'll lead our swim instruction team and water safety program. Days and hours vary with the school's needs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Upholding our core values

- Teaching Aqua-Tots' world-renowned curriculum (we'll teach you everything you need to know!)

- Onboarding and training new team members

- Hosting monthly all-staff meetings and in-service trainings

- Setting and achieving goals with the General Manager

- Leading and managing the swim instruction staff and water safety program

- Managing class schedules, staff schedules and student progression





- Upholding Aqua-Tots' customer service standards

- Coordinating and managing pool maintenance

YOU'RE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU

- Hold a current National Lifeguard Service (NLS) certification and Standard First Aid with CPR-C and AED

- Have a flexible schedule: availability to work weekdays and weekends

- Have 1-2 years of management experience

- Have intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel and other software systems)

- Pass a background check prior to an in-person interview

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU STAND OUT

- You relate well to children, parents and team members

- Superior communication skills

- Previous swim instruction, lifeguard, aquatics or swim coach experience

- Experience working with children (sports coach, camp counselor, teacher, educator, etc.)
