At Root Cause Dental Group, you’ll own the patient pipeline from first inquiry to booked consultation, and you’ll build the referral network that fuels our growth. By 2028, we’ll be the leading, most trusted name in Airway, TMJ, and Sleep, serving 1,500 patients a year. You’ll be one of the people who gets us there.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Lead Management & Conversion (your main focus)

- Respond fast to new patient inquiries from web forms, calls, social media, ads, and email
- Personally follow up with leads that need a human touch, with persistence and genuine care
- Guide prospective patients from first contact to a booked consultation
- Work alongside our automated follow-up and AI tools so no lead falls through the cracks
- Track lead status, follow-up activity, and conversion so you always know where every prospect stands
- Spot patterns in why leads book or stall, and suggest improvements to our process

Referral Partner Development

- Build and maintain relationships with dental offices, physicians, and other referral partners
- Visit referring offices in person to strengthen relationships and keep them updated on their patients
- Contact referred patients quickly so partners trust us with their patients
- Track referral activity and help grow our referral network over time

Patient Experience

- Greet patients and create a calm, welcoming first experience
- Check patients in and out, process payments, and keep records accurate
- Support our Treatment & Financial Coordinator so every patient feels looked after

WHAT YOU BRING

- Proven experience managing leads in a role where conversion mattered, such as healthcare, dental,



real estate, home services, or sales etc
- A follow-up mindset: you manage your pipeline without reminders and don’t let leads go cold
- Comfort with accurate lead tracking systems
- Experience with AI or automation tools, or a real interest in learning them
- Excellent phone, email, and text communication with a warm, confident presence
- Comfort building relationships in person and representing the practice in the community
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage high volume without losing the personal touch

Strong assets:

- Dental or healthcare front office or patient coordination experience
- Familiarity with practice management software (Tracker
- Experience with outside sales, account management, or B2B relationship building
