About the Clinic

We are a premium medical aesthetics clinic in West Edmonton focused on advanced injectables, laser treatments, hair restoration, skin health, and results-driven treatment programs.

Our goal is to build a clinic known for clinical expertise, exceptional outcomes, personalized treatment planning, and an outstanding patient experience.

We are seeking a motivated Aesthetician / Laser Technician who is clinically minded, polished, patient-focused, and interested in growing with a new medical aesthetics clinic.

This is not a basic spa role. We are looking for someone who understands skin health, treatment series, patient education, skincare, and the importance of safe, consistent, high-quality results.

The Role

You will help guide patients from consultation through treatment series, skincare, maintenance, and follow-up — with the goal of building long-term patient relationships rather than simply providing one-off treatments.

Responsibilities may include:

- Perform facials, advanced facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial-style treatments, and other approved aesthetic services
- Perform or assist with laser and energy-based treatments when appropriately trained and certified
- Support treatment planning for concerns such as acne, pigmentation, redness, texture, pores, and overall skin health
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, treatment series, maintenance, pre-care, aftercare, and downtime
- Recommend appropriate clinic-approved skincare and home-care routines
- Support treatment packages, memberships, and maintenance plans through ethical, patient-focused recommendations
- Build strong patient relationships through follow-up, education, and continuity of care




- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and before-and-after photography
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain high standards of sanitation, infection control, and safety
- Assist with clinic events, promotions, model days, training days, and other growth initiatives
- Work collaboratively with medical providers, injectors, reception, sales staff, and management
- Participate in ongoing training for new treatments, devices, skincare, and clinic protocols

What We’re Looking For

Preferred backgrounds include:

- Licensed or certified aesthetician
- Laser technician certification or laser experience strongly preferred
- Medical aesthetics, medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, skincare, or advanced spa experience
- Experience with facials, peels, dermaplaning, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, or other advanced skin treatments
- Experience with medical-grade skincare and retail skincare sales
- Experience discussing treatment plans, packages, or maintenance programs

A strong candidate will be:

- Comfortable discussing treatment plans, skincare, packages, and pricing
- Able to sell ethically without being pushy
- Detail-oriented with protocols and documentation




- Proactive during slower periods rather than waiting for work to come to them
- Comfortable learning new devices and treatments
- Able to recognize when a concern should be escalated to a medical provider
- Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented

We are especially interested in someone who wants to become a trusted skin health advisor, not simply a treatment provider.

Compensation & Benefits

- $22–30/hour depending on experience and qualifications
