Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
- Manage existing accounts with a focus on retention, growth, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present product solutions and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target markets and implement effective sales strategies
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and provide technical sales support tailored to B2B clients across various industries




- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and recent sales opportunities
- Communicate product features effectively in both English and Spanish to diverse client bases

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or technical sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Experience in B2B sales environments with a focus on technology or industrial solutions
- Excellent account management skills with a track record of growing client portfolios
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies for expanding market reach
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines
- Analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic planning
- Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional communication abilities in both English and Spanish
- Technical sales experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
